What are return items?

A return item is a product that has been returned by a customer after delivery. This can happen, for example, because the size, color, or style did not suit the interior after all. The item may have been removed from its packaging or repackaged. As a result, the original packaging may show signs of use, adhesive tape, or minor damage.

Before a return item is offered again, it is assessed. You will find all available information about the product's condition with the relevant item. Therefore, always carefully review the product description and images before ordering.

Why choose a return item?

More affordable home furnishings
Return items are generally offered at a lower price than the same product from the regular collection. This way, you can find a suitable piece of furniture or home accessory within a smaller budget.

Give a product a second chance
By choosing a return item, you prevent a usable product from remaining unused unnecessarily. It is a practical way to be more mindful of products and materials.

Rotating selection
The return collection changes regularly. You will find a wide range of products here, from chairs and tables to lamps and decorative home accessories. As a result, the selection may look different with each visit.

The same product information
With the item, you will find all available information about dimensions, materials, colors, and other important features. This allows you to assess beforehand whether the product suits your interior and available space.

What to look for when ordering?

Always check the dimensions and product specifications before placing your order. Return items often come from individual returns, which means that only a limited number of a particular version may sometimes be available. Also pay attention to any information about the packaging or the condition of the item.

Please note that damaged or replaced packaging does not necessarily affect the use of the product. When any relevant details are known, they are stated as clearly as possible with the item.
