At Creating Home, we strive to keep our shipping costs as fair as possible while still providing excellent service.

  • Orders above €69 are shipped free of charge.
  • For orders under €69, shipping costs will be added in the shopping cart. These costs may vary depending on the shipping destination.

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. In most cases, this will be around 2-3 days if shipped by courier. Larger items shipped by furniture carrier will take longer. Unfortunately, delivery times may be slightly longer during the holidays. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns Policy

At Creating Home, we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a return policy.

  • Returns are always at your own expense.
  • Make sure the product is in its original condition, including packaging, labels and any accessories.
  • Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.
  • Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.

However, should you need to return an item for any reason, we want to assure you that we'll do everything we can to make the process as simple and smooth as possible.

Returns

At CreatingHome.nl, you can return an item within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the product is returned in the same condition as when you received it: unused, undamaged, and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Please note: the costs for returning are at your expense and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Damage or incorrect delivery

Did you receive a damaged product or was the delivery incorrect? Please contact our customer service within 48 hours. Please include photos so we can help you find the best solution.

Large items

For larger items, such as furniture, we can assist with arranging return transport. Please contact our customer service to discuss the options and terms.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase price (minus the return shipping costs) to your account within 14 days. We do our best to process the return as quickly as possible, but please note that processing times may also depend on your bank or credit card company.
